DEPOT GENERAL MANAGER

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for delivering the depot’s budget and forecast as agreed and lead the operations and admin management teams in running an effective, process-driven and results-oriented depot.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Business Degree / relevant degree and an MBA
• At least 8 years experience of which 5 years must be at management level
• Experience in FMCG/Retail is a must, Experience working with SAP
• Must be able to effectively lead, coach and manage a team in a professional environment
• Ability to positively influence at all levels and possess executive presence
• Must be adaptable to a changing environment and able to consistently achieve goals despite stress and ambiguity
