DEBTORS CLERK – Odzi Sub Catchment Council 227 views

Key Responsibilities

• Raises invoices for water use in the sub catchment.
• Receives cash and issues a receipt to the water user.
• Banks the cash in the sub catchment account on a daily basis.
• Distributes the invoice/statements/demand letters timeously to water users.
• Arranges and monitor the payment plans with stakeholders.
• Debtors follow up on the revenue by phone call/email/field visits.
• Collects and updates water user details/database.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Mathematics and Accounts at Ordinary level a must.
• Diploma in Accounting.
• Degree in Accounting is an added advantage.
• Work experience in similar environment is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in accounting packages and software.
• Class 4 Driver’s License an added advantage.
