REPORTING TO CHIEF ICT OFFICER

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salaries Officer who will administer the company’s computer systems with a focus on ERP and business intelligence and provide general user support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and administering the Microsoft Navision ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
• Managing and maintaining the Power Bl environment, including configuration, security, data policies, and connection references.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing technical support to end users
• Ensuring Dynamics Nav integrates smoothly with other enterprise systems
• Collaborating with various departments to analyze business needs and develop system enhancements.
• Designing, implementing, and testing updates, customizations, and integrations within Navision.
• Training end-users on best practices for system use and functionality to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitoring system data integrity and performing regular audits to maintain accurate records.
• Perform regular database maintenance tasks.
• General end user support

QUAUFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science. Information Systems, or related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience administering Microsoft Navision or Business Central
• Certification in Business Intelligence Tools will be an added advantage.
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s License.
