NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individual to fill the following position.

RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent shall be responsible to the Head Data Analytics and Software Development.

KEY JOB PURPOSE
To lead the design, development and implementation of critical business intelligence, data analytics initiatives and ensures that the AI solutions developed not only leverage the latest in technology but also directly address customer needs and enhance the business’s value proposition.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conducts market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI applications;
2. Leads the strategic design, delivery and maintenance of the business intelligence and analytics program that will support organizational priorities;
3. Leads ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products;
4. Strategies and defines the product vision for Al-driven initiatives;
5. Provides vision and leadership to ensure maturation of business intelligence and analytics within the organization;
6. Builds and deploys end to end ML models and leverage metrics to support predictions, recommendations, search, and growth strategies;
7. Collaborates, investigates, analyses and interprets business information needs based on a strong understanding of business processes, drivers and priorities;
8. Defines best AI/ML driven practices and AI lifecycle;
9. Develops and implements governance and post-implementation evaluation over all data analytics activities to ensure outcomes achieved meet organizational objectives;
10. Identifies data quality issues and supporting information governance by participating in necessary activities and assisting in the development of and adherence to database and development standards;
11. Provides high level conceptual and technical expertise and understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence and data analytics best practice;
12. Identifies and analyses business information requirements;
13. Facilitates training of BI users and Datawarehouse Administrators;
14. Provides user support on data analytics and reporting issues;
15. Implements internal control processes which regularly monitors the accuracy and integrity of data;
16. Keeps abreast with Datawarehouse and BI technologies & trends and provide recommendations to senior management;
17. Liaises with management within the organization in developing seamless BI solutions which comply with Data warehouse
and BI quality and security standards.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
⦁ A Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent;
⦁ AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
⦁ A recognized certification in Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence applications such as
Microsoft, IBM or Oracle BI Stacks;
⦁ A recognized certification in any data mining or machine learning technology;
⦁ A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.

COMPETENCIES
⦁ Must possess a demonstrated strategic focus with capacity to shape and drive vision and ability to assume responsibility and accountability for advancing business intelligence objectives;
⦁ Working knowledge of business intelligence and data warehouse environments;
⦁ Thorough understanding of big data and machine learning techniques;
⦁ Ability to analyse and deal with complex reporting and BI issues is needed;
⦁ Good communication skills (written and verbal);
⦁ Extensive knowledge of business analysis, business process re-engineering and information management practices and protocols
