Job Purpose

To curate financial documents and news of listed companies in specific markets from defined sources and process / publish the content onto the company and clients’ platforms accurately, consistently and timeously.

 

Key Tasks:

1. Sourcing financial reports from third parties

2. Sourcing listed company news from multiple sources

3. Processing financial documents and news onto the company online platforms

4. Processing news and blog articles onto the company social media channels

5. Identifying errors in the share prices data from third party sources and taking the appropriate action to rectify the same

6. Assisting in verification of data published onto clients websites and the company platform

 

Key Competencies

 

1. A degree or diploma in any commercial field

2. Possession of a qualification in IT or computer science is preferable

3. Knowledge of HTML is an added advantage

4. Highly computer literate

5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail

6. Strong people and communication skills

 

Experience

1. Previous experience in a related field is an added advantage

1. Work under pressure, with a very low level of error rate

2. Should be willing and available to work outside normal working hours, if required

3. Should be able to work independently

4. Efficiency in communicating with the team members
