Position: Data Analyst

Location: Baker’s INN Retail – Northern Region, Harare.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze daily turnovers and sales reports.

• Verify and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock data.

• Calculate and consolidate actual gross profit (GP) results.

• Maintain and update raw material and costing files.

• Update and manage recipes, prices, and menu items in the system.

• Compare GRVs against supplier invoices and system records.

• Conduct periodic spot checks on cash and stock.

• Support system enhancement and implementation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics & Operations Research, Data Analysis, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Statistician or Data Analyst in the FMCG sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (INDEX & MATCH, XLOOKUP, OFFSET, SUMIFS).

• Experience with data cleaning tools such as Power Query.

• Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI).
