Customer Services Supervisor
The Incumbent will be reporting to the Branch Manager
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Business Management Communication/Marketing or equivalent
• 3 years experience in similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and solve work-related problems.
• Well groomed
Summary of Duties
• Ensures quick and efficient customer service at the check-out points
• Creates and mantans a conducive customer service
• Grows, retains and updates customer data base
• Offers solutions to customer complaints.
• Ensuring that company housekeeping standards are maintained
• Idcnbfyng customer needs and takng proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
• Any other duties asassigned by the Superor
