Customer Services Supervisor
The incumbent will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Business Management Communication ,Marketing or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in similar role.

Summary of Duties
• Ensures quick and efficient customer serv.ee at the check-out points
• Creates and maintains a conducive customer service.
• Grows. retains and updates customer data base
• Offers solutions to customer complaints.
• Ensuring that company housekeeping standards are maintained
• Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive expenences.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Superior.
