Urgently seeking an experienced customer service representative to service our US based client from our Harare offices.

• The ideal candidate will be organised, self-driven and must have the ability to work independently.
• Must have 3-5 years prior experience within a customer service role and excellent telephone and email manner.
• Must have superior communication skills and ability to build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Must also be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least 3 professional references must be provided.
