Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for all client enquiries across all communication channels.
  • Manage customer interactions by identifying needs providing support, and resolving queries effectively.
  • Deliver services in line with established quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Provide appropriate solutions within Service Level Agreements(SLAs) and follow up to ensure full resolution.
  • Accurately record, report, and escalate customer issues to relevant departments where necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers across all communication channels.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, courteous and effective customer support.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • 6 O levels including English & Mathematics
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Multiple languages added advantage
  • Tertiary qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience
