Customer Service Officer – Bulawayo and Gweru Branch
A vacancy has arisen within Personal Banking Department for a suitable and qualified Customer Service Officer, reporting to the Branch Manager. The role will be responsible for acquiring new business, processing new accounts, and managing existing portfolios.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience.
A Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent is a requirement.
Diploma in IOBZ is an added advantage
1 to 2 years experience in the Banking Environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
