  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics departments to resolve order, stock, delivery, and quality concerns
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Support key accounts with order processing, invoicing, and delivery communication
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases

Requirements

  • Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, call centre, or client-facing environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or beverage sectors
  • Ability to communicate in Shona and/or Ndebele
