CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENTS-FIXED TERM (HARARE, BULAWAYO, KWEKWE, MUTARE) – (REF 02/11/2018)

The position exists to ensure excellent customer experience through effective execution Of retail services

 

Key Performance Areas

• Market Powertel products and services
• Monitor and report on performance of products and services
• Ensures customer satisfaction through timeous attendance to customer queries and request
• Develops and updates client database
• Responsible for cashiering and receipting Any other Tasks that maybe assigned by the Supervisor/Management

 

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Marketing/ Information Technology/ Sales/Business Studies/Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in a telecommunications environment distinct advantage
