CBZ Bank Limited is looking for Customers Consultants to join its Retail Banking Division. If you are eager and motivated to join a large and diversified corporate, this is an opportunity for you.

What we expect from you

• Champion the effective administration of pre and post account-opening processes/procedures.
• Action allocated daily activity reports.
• Prepare management reports within prescribed periods.
• Manage the ordering, collection, destruction of uncollected ATM cards and the general administration of ATM cards.
• Carry out system administration of the Bank’s various digital platforms.
• Handle and process POS applications received and provide support services to clients.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate FCB and world check reports.
• Market and cross sell all bank products.

Qualifications, Skills and experience required

• A degree in Banking and Finance, Business studies or any other relevant business qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Possess at least 3 years banking experience preferably in branch banking operations.
• Have strong client focused communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have solid computer literacy skills and strong understanding of Flexcube/Web branch operations.
• Should be flexible, agile and willing to multi-task.
