Customer Care Officer: Front Office

Customer Care Officer: Front Office (Head Office) – (Grade 10) Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Manager, the successful candidate will give assistance to NSSA clients with any queries concerning services offered by the Authority in order to facilitate access to those services by clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
Key Outputs
• Receive walk-in clients and assist them or direct them to the right departments where they can be assisted.
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and announcing them appropriately.
• Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Assist clients to complete forms and explain the required documentation in order to facilitate efficient access to NSSA services.
• Ensure that the reception area is tidy.
