Job Summary
The position exists to attract and maintain a quality performing loan portfolio by marketing and maintaining good relationships with the company’s existing and potential clients and adhering to loan portfolio monitoring and collection processes and procedures hence maximizing profit for the organization.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Loan application assessment.
2. Inputting loans in the system.
3. Loan repayments.
4. Portfolio management.
5. Business development.
Qualifications And Experience
1. At least 2 years experience in banking or microfinance.
2. Degree or diploma related to banking.
3. Computer literate.
