CREDIT CONTROL CLERK

A provider of microfinance solutions is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below.

The incumbent will report to the Finance and Administration Officer and will perform the following duties, among others;

• Manages debts of existing debtors.
• Recovers outstanding loans.
• Liaises with debt collectors on bad debts.
• Deals with inquiries and queries about payments.
• • Posting journals on debtors.
• Assists the Finance and Administration Officer with clerical duties.

qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

• • Minimum five Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English Language with grade or better for Mathematics.
• Advanced Level passes in commercial subjects with at least five points Progress towards attaining a professional qualification in accounting such as ACCA, CIMA, CIS and Credit Management.
• At least two years’ experience dealing with credit control preferably in the financial or banking sectors
• Sound analytical, problem-solving, report writing and customer service skills.
• High level of accuracy with figures. Very good computer skills.
