Duties and Responsibilities
Develop strong designs in line with the MSU Enterprises brand’s DNA with a good sell-through
Seasonal concept creation
Draw, sketch and develop ideas
CAD sketches
Create technical packs
Liaise with Production on fit, design, construction and timelines
Liaise with Sales on market feedback and sell-through
Assist with sample tracking
Ensure key dates are met on the critical path
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;
At least a Certificate in Fashion Design/Cutting and Design
At least 1 year as a Fashion Designer
Ability to interpret trends and design products that has commercial value
Highly motivated self-starter
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent ability to communicate effectively both written (electronic) and verbally while ensuring sensitivity to information
A strong passion for success and goal orientated
Passionate about the fashion industry
Ability to meet multiple deadlines
