An advertising, marketing and printing organisation handling most of the country’s big brands, seeks to identify and recruit creative individuals for the following new position:
Creative Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Designing of graphics as per set out themes and objectives
Supervising designing of adverts, posters, flyers, banners, stationery, logos, newsletters
Generating and proofreading creative content for websites and social media sites
Media bookings
Supervising creative team on all tasks given and allocated duties
Active delegation of work & responsibility with the requisite empowerment & resourcing of subordinates
Managing customer loyalty programmes and promotions
Compiling and submitting required reports as instructed by management
Attending to customer feedback, queries, and complaints
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Degree or Higher Diploma in Graphics, Fine Arts, Designing
5 years relevant experience at managerial level in an advertising / marketing agency
Fully competent in InDesign, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe, and Illustrator
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
Innovative and demonstrating creative flair in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead other Designers
