CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER

We are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Finance Manager with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience incorporating at least 5 years of corporate financial management experience gained working in an international professional advisory services firm. This Is a senior role and will report to the Managing Director. The main purpose of this role is to originate and manage the execution of national projects including real estate development across all industry sectors. Incumbent will design, negotiate and conclude bespoke capital raising frameworks and solutions to finance corporate finance transactions.

ELIGIBILITY

⦁ Qualified CA. CIMA or CFA qualification
⦁ Master’s Degree in finance
⦁ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
⦁ 5 years relevant experience
⦁ Excellent risk management and compliance monitoring skills
⦁ Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and people skills with an ability to be assertive.
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Excellent project management, planning, organizational, and coordinating skills.
⦁ Must have strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
