Purpose of the Role
This position is responsible for:
- Opening new stop orders for Doves corporate clients.
- Maintaining 95% client retention on new corporate clients.
- Ensuring 95% Conversion on Corporate Business.
Section 02: Responsibilities
- Pitching and presentations: Design and deliver compelling proposals to HR Directors and C-suite executives, highlighting Doves heritage and service excellence.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on premium rates, benefit structures and service level agreements in coordination with the Head Corporate Business.
- Tender management: Oversee the submission of corporate tenders, ensuring all regulatory and compliance documentation is met.
- SLA Compliance: Act as primary point of contact for corporate HR/wellness departments, ensuring that all claims and service requests are handled within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio reviews: Conduct quarterly performance reviews with clients to discuss claims ratios, service feedback and policy updates.
- Renewal strategy: Manage the annual renewal process for corporate schemes, proactively addressing price adjustments or benefit enhancements to prevent migration to competitors.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve escalated grievances or pain points regarding service delivery during the bereavement process.
- Cross selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional Doves products (e.g. Legal Aid, Prestige plan, Cash Plan and Pension products) to existing corporate members.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends within the Regional landscape to advise the head of department on product innovation.

Section 03: Qualifications/Competences
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business studies or any related field.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Valid Class 2/4 driver’s licence.
Experience
- At least 3 years’ proven record and experience in the life assurance industry.
- 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in marketing.
- Experience in online marketing.
