• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences
• Medical Laboratory and Clinical Scientist Council Registration
• Current open practising certificate
• Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
• Ability to analyze and interpret laboratory data
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak Ndebele
