Duties And Responsibilities
What we expect from you.

· Translate business requirements from users into systems requirements for system vendors

Guide and implement the core system availability and stability control processes
Implement changes into core business systems as per change management guidelines
· Oversee activities for technical tests for system solutions/products and guide the deployment of solutions

· Monitor the system reconciliation tools for various core systems and coordinate the data integrity activities

· Perform the capacity management and service restoration activities on core systems

· Recommend measures to mitigate identified system risks

· Develop process documentation for the core systems and ensure adherence to all mandatory compliance processes

· Implement security controls on the core systems, and related applications and databases

· Review system user manuals for core business application systems

· Set up, document, and perform routine tests of the DR system

Qualifications, Skills, and experience required

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a reputable institution

· Best practice framework e.g. ITIL, COBIT

· 5 Years’ experience in systems analysis and support in a financial services environment

· Comprehensive understanding of the IT & Business environments
