Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the Technical Lead (TL) or Technical Director (TD) for CS/PS projects.
- Manages the full engineering delivery lifecycle, including resource allocation, project planning, and the resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Maintains and analyzes PS/CS (Packet Switched & Circuit switched) products.
- Monitors network health, troubleshooting, and execute network optimization strategies to ensure high performance and stable operations.
- Provides timely support for user complaints, identify root causes of technical issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Acts as a tutor for new employees, conducting technical training sessions, sharing best practices, and contributing to the overall skill development of the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering/Computer engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in the Telecommunication Industry
- Strong, in-depth understanding of core network products (PS/CS/IMS) and 4G/5G architecture.
- Solid experience in network design and a proficient understanding of the software and hardware tools utilized for network delivery and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams toward successful project completion and meet delivery milestones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience working effectively within multi-cultural environment.
