About the Role
The Apostolic Faith Mission invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Cook. This role is ideal for an energetic and ethical professional with a strong Christian background, committed to delivering high standards in meal preparation and hospitality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen and catering staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for students, staff, and guests
- Assist in planning balanced menus for regular meals and special events
- Order food supplies and manage stock for boarding facilities and catering occasions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across food preparation, storage, and serving areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of three (3) O-Level passes
- Certificate or Diploma in Hotel and Catering or related field
- At least one year of relevant experience in a hospitality or institutional catering role
