A leading organization in the pest control, cleaning, landscaping, and waste management space seeks to hire a suitably qualified Cook to fill a vacancy that has arisen within the organization. The positions exist to support the overall health and wellness objectives for the organisation’s staff through the provision of well-balanced, enticing and nutritious meals.

DUTIES

Identify recipes that align with the company’s dietary recommendations and budget.
Adhere to HACCP and food safety standards for all meal and beverage preparations.
Compile ingredient order requirements for proposed menus’.
Continually identify more economical suppliers, with zero-waste packaging.
Prepare and serve teas and lunches.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, particularly countertops, chopping boards, cutlery, and crockery.

REQUIREMENTS

Certificate or higher attained from a Culinary School
Previous experience in a similar role
“C” in O’ Level Maths and English
Computer literacy
Age range 22 – 50
Criminal free record
Clean class 4 Driver’s Licence
