Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess 5 O’ Level passes including English Language plus a Certificate in Catering
or Cookery and at least 2 years proven experience as a cook in a similar environment. Applicants should
have experience in using different cooking utensils and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Checks the quality and prepares ingredients for cooking e. g chops and peels fruits and
vegetables
• Cooks food in various utensils
• Keeps the kitchen environment sanitized and orderly
• Ensures proper storage of food and other items
• Monitors stock levels and report to Senior Cook
• Serves meals
