Production and Capital Projects Planning and Scheduling Production Tonnage and Grade Reconciliation.
Budgeting and Cost Control.
Stock – pile Management Quality Control.

- Job Application Details Qualifications And Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE BSc. Degree in Mining Engineering or Equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' experience, 2 years preferably at Mine Captain level. Experience in hard rock mining (both surface and underground) for at least 3 years. A holder of a Full Blasting Licence. A working knowledge of mining software systems. Sound knowledge of NOSA or any other similar Safety , Health and Environmental management System A holder of a clean class 4 Driver's licence. Narrow seam dyke mining experience is an added advantage. Mine Manager Certificate of Competency is an added advantage.
