Contract Planning Technician – Grade 9 (2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

• • Production of layout plans

  • Processing of subdivision, consolidation, and change of use applications

  • Facilitating surveys for approved plans

  • Assessment of building plans

  • Administrative duties

Qualifications (5 years experience – as listed in the second Qualifications section):

• • Minimum of five O’ Levels including English

  • National Diploma in Rural and Urban Planning or equivalent

  • At least five years of experience in the public sector

  • At least 26 years of age.

  • Membership of a Professional body a prerequisite.

Skills and Attributes (Combined):

• • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in relevant planning software
