The following Vacancy has arisen within the City of Bulawayo in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Child Care supported by the Global Fund:

Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary

Captures all patients level data for patients seen at HIV/TB clinics after every visit into the computerized database.
Archives records in box files upon receipt before and after data entry in an orderly manner as per set system.
Undertakes double data entry of all received paper based data as per set standard.
Validates data entered for any gaps observed during double data entry
Produces necessary reports from database as required by heads of units at site, district, provincial and national.
Types documents
Maintains confidentiality of information collected through the electronic database.
Responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested by relevant site, provincial and national staff.

Qualifications Requirements

5 “O” Levels including English Language and Maths / Accounts.
Computer literacy certificate will be an added advantage.

Experience

At least 1 year experience in data capturing environment.
