- Provide an independent and evidence-based assessment of jobs across the organization.
- Recommend an appropriate job grading framework.
- Establish a transparent and defensible basis for job classification and grading.
- Strengthen organizational confidence in the integrity and consistency of the grading structure.
- Apply the Patterson Job Evaluation System currently adopted by Friendship Bench to evaluate positions objectively and consistently.

Requirements
- Practical experience conducting job evaluations and grading using the Patterson Job Evaluation System .
- Proven experience conducting job evaluation and grading assignments of comparable scale and complexity.
- Experience in organizational design, job architecture, grading systems or human resource management.
- Knowledge of recognized job evaluation principles, methodologies and practices.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and managing sensitive human resource assignments.
- Ability to provide objective, independent and evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
