Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Lead tender management processes and secure profitable contracts and deals.
• Negotiate construction contracts and manage projects from contract award through implementation to completion.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth and operational targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction business unit.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Property Development, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry, with exposure to business development and operations management.
• Proven experience in managing construction contracts from negotiation through to implementation and project completion.
• Demonstrated experience in tender management and securing construction projects.
