VACANCY 

A Concrete Laboratory Technician is a professional responsible for testing the properties of concrete materials, quality control, and experimental research. The role involves designing concrete mix ratios, conducting performance testing, and performing quality evaluations to provide scientific and accurate experimental data for concrete applications.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Prepare raw concrete materials as needed for experiments, mixing cement, aggregates, water, etc., in specific proportions to produce compliant concrete samples.
2. Conduct performance tests on prepared concrete samples, including measurements of compressive strength, flexural strength, and other physical properties.
3. Independently perform quality testing on raw concrete materials (cement, sand, gravel, admixtures) and collect samples.
4. Collect concrete samples at batching plants and construction sites, assist the lab supervisor in slump testing and opening inspections during production. Ensure accurate labeling of sample blocks and inspect the appearance of formed test blocks for compliance.
5. Accurately record all experimental data, ensuring completeness, correctness, and traceability. Evaluate concrete quality based on test results and provide corrective suggestions.
6. Participate in trial mixes and maintain a hygienic laboratory environment according to regulatory standards.
7. Handle the daily extraction, compression testing, and documentation of concrete test blocks.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
9. Adapt to irregular working hours at construction sites based on the project schedule. Be on standby as needed. The company will adjust rest times accordingly.
10. Understand basic principles of international etiquette and comply with local laws and regulations
