Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Purpose

Provide risk and compliance management to the business to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. You will be responsible for the overall adherence of risk management practices and processes to minimize losses from operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) plans based on the analysis of business objectives.
• Design and drive the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management policies, processes, and procedures as per the ERM Strategy Framework.
• Ensure the adequacy of existing internal control and risk management frameworks.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of all compliance returns within the regulated timeframes.
• Perform compliance risk assessments for business units and group companies.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Risk & Insurance/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics/ Information Systems/ Actuarial) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• Professional Grad qualification e.g. MBA will be an added advantage.
• 5 to 6 years’ experience in a similar or related environment.
