The Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for managing payroll accuracy through Belina Payroll, administering employee benefits, and ensuring total compliance with statutory requirements while supporting benchmarking and reward reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes payroll accurately and timeously using Belina Payroll
- Administers employee benefits, allowances, and statutory deductions
- Ensures compliance with tax, NSSA, and other statutory requirements
- Maintains payroll records and prepare payroll reports
- Supports compensation benchmarking and reward reviews
- Addresses payroll-related queries and reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll administration
- High proficiency in Belina Payroll (minimum 3 years hands-on experience) is mandatory
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added advantage
