JOB DESCRIPTION
Medix Pharmacies Private Limited is looking for a community service pharmacist who trained outside of Zimbabwe. We have an opening at our Bulawayo Medix Daenite Pharmacy branch and conditions of service will be favourable.
Applicants who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- A good understanding of holistic health practice and social wellness
- Good pharmaceutical care delivery through behavior change communication interventions
- Good forward-thinking skills and adaptability to engage variant community health needs
- Client-satisfaction tailored service provision
- Innovative to challenge the business status quo towards community self-care and social development
- Previous experience in pharmacy-based community engagement programs is an added advantage
- Proof of completion of internship/ pre-registration year.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy Qualification from an accredited institution.
Our two year contract entails
- One year of serving as a community service pharmacist
- One year as the Medix Pharmacist while turning around the shop.
Upon completion of the two years, Medix Pharmacies (Pvt Ltd) is open to franchising the Bulawayo branch to the pharmacist. Any inquiries regarding this may be forwarded to our Head Office via our Chief Pharmacist’s desk.
