Desired Skills and QualificationsRelevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Media / Social Sciences / ICT; Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience including experience in managing information and implementation of a communication strategy; Excellent communication skills and be able to craft messages, post and manage social media platforms so as to effectively campaign for all women’s socio economic rights; Some experience in training of community reporters an advantage; Some desk top design experience

Please note the following strict criteria and only candidates who fulfil the criteria will be interviewed.For WOMEN only as project deal with women’s empowerment; Only multilingual Bulawayo residents will be considered; Be prepared to travel around rural Matabeleland; Be available to start work on 1 December 2018; Must have worked in the governance accountability and social programming environments and be able to engage grassroots towards the achievement of same; Must be a creative, confident, and flexible individual, able to ‘hit the ground running’ (self- starter); Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, and M&E software a non-negotiable requirement; Ability to work at a professional level and to assume responsibilities and take initiative ability to be a team player.
