VACANCY
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the development and rollout of the Informal Sector. The officer will handle key operational tasks, facilitating stakeholder engagements, managing data, supporting project management and providing administrative and client service support.
Key Outputs

Develop and implement marketing activities such as digital marketing and partnership driven initiatives that promote the Informal Sector Social Security Scheme brand.

Organise quarterly stakeholder engagement events to facilitate information gathering and sharing to help inform sector strategies.

Collect, compile, and analyse data from Informal Sector Associations to inform management decision making and program development.

Integrate feedback and output practices through timely delivery of Informal Sector Social Security development and rollout milestones.

Integrate physical activities or matters related to the Informal Sector scheme into a consolidated project through collaboration with Regional NSSA offices.

Provide client support and excellent customer service, addressing day-to-day inquiries from informal sector clients and other key stakeholders.

Enter data, process information, and maintain an efficient Informal Sector database consisting of correspondence, records and related documentation.

Develop and manage campaigns, presentations, client meetings and roadshows aimed at educating the informal sector and associations about the Scheme.

Provide administrative and project support to the technical committee responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Informal Sector Social Security Scheme.

Develop and submit regular progress reports to the technical committee, ensuring timely distribution of information and ensuring action items from technical committee meetings and ensure that deliverables are met and issues are escalated when necessary.

Facilitating coordination between the technical committee and other internal departments.

Ensure compliance with project management frameworks, including the maintenance of project timelines, checklists, workflows and related reports to the Scheme’s administration.

Develop, review, and analyse reports on the development of the scheme related to key risks, performance metrics and trends in industry.
Qualifying Requirements
-
A Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.

At least 2 years’ experience in project management or program management.
