Key Responsibilities

  • Compiling daily and monthly statistical data.
  • Receiving inquiries on Individual Business, Funeral Services and Employee Benefits via walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp and letters.
  • Proactively resolving client issues and applying corrective actions to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Receiving and preparing quotations for products and policy values as and when requested by clients and agents.
  • Requesting policy documents for clients through New Business and Underwriting.
  • Referring queries for resolution to the respective department.
  • Checking for policy status on affected products.
  • Guiding clients on claim requirements, verifying document authenticity, issuing necessary forms, and forwarding claims for processing.
  • Selling new policies to walk-in clients and alternative products to existing clients.
  • Verifying authenticity of refunds and capturing refund details on the system.
  • Cashiering service.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Insurance / Marketing / Public Relations.
  • Certificate of Proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year experience in the Insurance Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
