Job Title: Client Services Clerk (Fixed Term Contract)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS
• Attend to quiries obtained from clients
• Attend to doctors requests and make follow up on all information required
• Attend to telephone queroiies/customer complaints regarding results & conduct investigation on the complaints
• Attend to walk in patients to ensure their needs are attended to and refers to relevant departments
Qualifications And Experience
• Relevant Social Sciences Degree or Diploma
• Ability to handle work-related pressure
• Attention to detail
• At least one year working experiance
