Job Summary

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following positions within Lancet Clinical Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd Zimbabwe at our Bulawayo Laboratory.

  1. CLIENT SERVICES CLERK x 1

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Attend to queries obtained from clients Attend to doctors requests and make follow up on all information required Attend to telephone queries/ customer complaints regarding results and conduct investigation on the complaints.
  • Print out reports from the information system for patient’s results/ tests and fax them to the relevant doctors
  • Attends to walk in patients/ visitors to ensure their needs are attended to and refers to relevant departments .

Qualifications And Experience

  • Relevant Social Science diploma or Degree
  • Ability to handle work- related pressure
  • At least one year working experience
