A leading insurance firm is looking for suitably qualified persons to fill in the position of Client Service Clerk to be based in GWERU.
Responsibilities:.
Offer exceptional customer service to walk in clients
Service provider engagement
Sell and market company products
Branch office administration
Liaise with marketing agents
Qualifications:
At least a Diploma in Risk and Insurance/Administration/Marketing or equivalent
1 year relevant working experience
Strong client and stakeholders relationship management skills
Possession of strong marketing and sales skills in insurance products an added advantage
