Duties And Responsibilities

What we expect from you
 Market and promote usage of various E-Banking products.
 Train Agents and Branch staff on acquiring platforms.
 Grow Agents and Merchant POS in the market.
 Check authenticity of transactions on reports and flag all suspicious transactions.
 Train Merchants and Agents regularly to minimize chargebacks.
 Provide POS machines to Merchants timeously and re-deploy non-transacting terminals.
 Ensure application of correct Merchant Discount Rates on commission recovery.
 Visit Merchants and offer support services on the performance of terminals.
 Prepare monthly and weekly reports on the performance of POS terminals.
 Manage risk by ensuring that e-commerce and POS terminals are operating in line with procedures.

Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications, Skills and experience required
 Possess a degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing or similar.
 Have a professional qualification in Marketing or similar.
 Have at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Retail Banking.
 Demonstrate excellent appreciation of technology driven payment platforms and various applications.
 Should possess above average computer literacy skills.
 Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
 Possess strong negotiating skills.
 Demonstrate solid financial Analysis skills,
