JOB DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the post Class One Builder (1 Post) that have arisen in the University: WORKS AND ESTATES DEPARTMENT
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants must have at least 5 Ordinary Level passes including English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or better and a Journeyman Class One (1) Certificate in Brick and Block Laying and/or a Diploma in Brick and Block Laying.
- Applicants should have at least five years’ experience in the area of building.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Construction work: brick and block laying, plastering and tiling
- Building renovations
- Maintenance of buildings
- Any related duties as may be assigned.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
