- Preparation of meals for the French Residence (2-25 guests)
- Cocktails and official receptions (up to 300 guests)
- Menu planning for official events
- Purchase of ingredients with the residence intendant
- Kitchen cleaning, hygiene and stock management
Requirements
- Good knowledge of gastronomy.
- Initiative and creativity
- Discretion and adaptability
- Team spirit
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene rules
- Basic knowledge of French cuisine
Salary
972 USD per month + 13th month
