The Company is seeking a versatile business strategist who reports to the Board of Directors to steer the Company to be the leading mass transporter of choice and preferred market-driven passenger transport in the region and provides strategic direction to national transportation system accounting
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (GRADE F)

The incumbent will be responsible for:

– Providing leadership and strategic direction to the organisation’s change and growth
– Monitoring and staying abreast of industry, national, and global developments, trends, and events to ensure the company is able to maintain its competitive positioning
– Advismg the business on up-to-date Competitor and Market intelligence efforts and proposing counter actions and activities accordingly
– Buddrg and maintaining constructive relationships with a range of stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and organizations and managing an internal team to deliver outcomes
– Exploiting new growth opportunities and developing the strategic plan
– Leading the organization’s continuous improvement culture
Minimum Academic Qualifications and Experience (from accredited and reputable institutions)
– Commercial or Transport related degree
– Post Graduate /Master’s Degree
– A relevant professional qualification
– 10 years of relevant experience leading at Senior Level
