About the role:
Wo are seeking a commercially astute and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with the highest level of integrity to lead the ZBC into the next phase of transformation. Ihe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business transformation, high business acumen, a strong digital aptitude, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks. Success in this role hinges on a strong foundation in effective corporate governance, a deep understanding of business strategy, innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centricity. As the CEO, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of corporate governance throughout the organization, ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct at all levels.

Qualifications and Experience
⦁ A degree at First-degree level or Masters level
⦁ Proven track record of success in a senior executive leadership role, ideally in a large and complex organization.
⦁ Proven track record in business strategy turnaround.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to lead business transformation and drive significant growth with a reputable entity.
⦁ Strong financial acumen and understanding of business strategy.
⦁ Deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in the media industry.
⦁ Comprehensive networking, communication and negotiation skills.
⦁ Strong leadership, a team player with a high level commitment to the national ethos
⦁ Unwavering commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.
⦁ 6 to 8 years of experience at the executive level
