Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of cash office
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of cashbook expenditure
- Reconciliation of cashbook income
- Carrying out creditors reconciliations
- Carrying out debtors reconciliations
- Carrying out spot checks
- Verification of security items register
- Payroll creditors reconciliation
- Remittance of payroll and other statutory creditors
- Staff debtors reconciliation including recovery of overdue advances.
- Any other duties that maybe assigned by the superiors from time to time.

- Job Application Details Qualifications and Experience: The incumbent should have a minimum of a Higher National Diploma inAccounting or ZAAT, CIS Part C or ACCA Level 2 or CIMA Level 2 and 5 "0“ Level passes including English Language and Mathematics. The successful candidate must have 5 years relevant work experience of which 3 years must be post qualification experience in the relevant field with traceable references.
