DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

The ideal candidate will:

 

 

• Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (e.g., travel affiliates, corporate partners, online platforms) to expand market reach.

• Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual business success.

• Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on KPIs, trends, and forecasts.

• Collaborate with sales teams to create partner-specific promotional campaigns and materials.

• Resolve partner issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging channel opportunities.

• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including terms, incentives, and SLAs.

• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance channel efficiency and profitability.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES

 

 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in channel development, partnership management, or business development within the travel/tourism sector.

 

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

 

 

• Proven expertise in developing and managing distribution channels (B2B/B2C).

• Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics and partner ecosystems.

• Track record of achieving channel growth targets and revenue goals.

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
