A Leading player in the Health Services sector is on the look out for a Centre Manager with proven record of 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the centre both ER and Hospital.

Ensuring that the quality and safety standards at the Hospital are in line with the regulatory requirements and set standards.

Planning and developing the right marketing strategy to gain market share.

Setting and monitoring sales targets for the department.

Supervising and directing ALL marketing activities for the Centre.

Identify new business opportunities for the centre.

Preparation of marketing information and brand collateral.

Designing and implementing marketing strategies on targeted institutions, organizations and other strategic players in the industry.

Working with Executive Management to development business model that leads to profitability. Formulation of a pricing model that leads to profitability.

Monitor billing function of the Centre.

Development relationships to establish new contacts.

Maintaining current relationships that raise the profile of the Centre. Building and solidifying internal relationships.

Formulation of marketing budgets. Making sure that budgets are well stuck to.

Dealing with leave management processes and making sure they are done according to policies and procedures.

Handling disciplinary processes /issues.

Engaging HR department in issues to do with staff motivation and remuneration.

Ensuring that all departments are adequately manned and best HR Practices are maintained.

Qualifications: A Business-related degree; Post Grad Marketing or related qualification. . A generous salary package is offered for the right candidate.
